Compliance Policy

Compliance is the floor, not the ceiling.

Last updated · May 2026

Core principles

Pay Per Call Daddy operates only with traffic, scripts, and partner workflows that comply with applicable Canadian and U.S. consumer protection laws, including TCPA, CASL, FTC guidelines, and vertical-specific rules.

Publisher compliance

Publishers must accurately represent the offer, obtain valid consumer consent where required, avoid incentivized traffic, and never spoof caller IDs.

Advertiser compliance

Advertisers must accept calls only for the represented vertical, honor do-not-call requests, and comply with all applicable industry rules (e.g. CMS rules in healthcare).

Call centre compliance

Agents must follow recording disclosures, do-not-call observance, and any vertical-specific scripts and disclaimers.

Enforcement

Partners who violate this policy are warned, suspended, or removed — depending on severity. Repeat or willful violations are removed without negotiation.
