All partners must respect federal and state DNC lists and internal DNC requests.
Caller identification
Caller IDs must be accurate and not spoofed. Misrepresented caller IDs are grounds for immediate removal from our network.
Recordings & disclosures
Where calls are recorded, appropriate disclosures must be provided in accordance with applicable law.
Vertical-specific rules
Healthcare, insurance, finance, and other regulated verticals carry additional rules. We expect partners to know and follow them.
