Refund Policy

Every advertiser engagement defines billable call criteria up front (e.g. minimum duration, geography, vertical filters). Calls that do not meet those criteria are not billed.

If you believe a billed call did not meet the agreed criteria, raise a dispute within 7 days of the invoice. Valid disputes are credited promptly.

Setup fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once work has begun.
